1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrySiteFax.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the service immediately.
2. What SiteFax Provides
SiteFax is an online trust-analysis tool that generates automated risk reports for public websites and online stores. Our reports combine publicly available data — such as domain registration records, DNS information, SSL/TLS certificates, blacklist databases, and search-indexed page content — with AI-generated summaries to help shoppers make more informed decisions.
A SiteFax report is not an investigation, endorsement, or legal opinion. It is a quick, automated reference based on data we can access from public sources.
3. Subscriptions & the $1 Card Verification Charge
SiteFax Pro is a paid subscription service billed at $9.99 per month (USD) unless a different rate is clearly shown at checkout.
When you start your subscription, we place a one-time, non-refundable $1.00 charge on your payment card. This charge is only to verify that the card is valid and active. It is not a deposit, it is not applied to your subscription balance, and it is not refunded.
After the verification charge, your subscription begins and you will be billed $9.99/month on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund any prior charges.
4. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy
SiteFax uses artificial intelligence and automated algorithms to analyze websites and produce summaries, scores, and risk signals. While we aim to be helpful, AI analysis can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.
A high score does not guarantee a site is safe, and a low score does not prove a site is a scam. Always use your own judgment, verify contact information, research independent reviews, and contact the merchant directly before making a purchase or sharing personal information.
SiteFax reports are not 100% accurate. They should be treated as one of many signals, not the final word on a website’s legitimacy.
5. No Guarantee of Safety
We do not guarantee that any website is safe, legitimate, or free of fraud. SiteFax is a research assistant, not a consumer-protection authority. If you lose money or data on a third-party site, TrySiteFax.com is not responsible for those losses.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use SiteFax only for lawful purposes. You may not abuse the service, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or use it to harass, defame, or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Changes to the Service & Terms
We may update these Terms, our pricing, or our features at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
