Risk indicators vs verified evidence
SiteFax separates the two deliberately. A blacklist hit from Google Safe Browsing is verified evidence that the URL has been observed distributing malware or phishing. Everything else — domain age, redirect depth, TLD, name structure — is a risk indicator: it raises or lowers the odds without proving anything. The result page labels which is which, and we never state that a site is a scam on automated signals alone.
